At Global Kidz Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, this Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and how we can help.

1.Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • In its original packaging

    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt)

⚠️ Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items, opened consumables, or customized products).

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@globalkidz.co.uk.

  • We may request photos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping costs.

3. Refund Process

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Downloadable or digital goods

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us before returning.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
