At Global Kidz Limited, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and reliable. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1 Delivery Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Please ensure your delivery details are complete and accurate.

2 Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days

Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days

​International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Typically 7–14 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors, including postal delays or customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination. Orders over a specified amount (e.g., £75) may qualify for free standard delivery within the UK.

4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, where applicable. Not all delivery services include tracking.

6. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a card or send instructions for redelivery or collection. It is your responsibility to follow up promptly.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue, including claims for loss with the carrier if necessary.

8. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.

9. Delivery Restrictions
Certain items may be restricted from international shipping due to customs regulations or carrier limitations. We will notify you if an item in your order cannot be shipped to your location.
